[seqfan] Could I add this conjecture to A004767 4*n+3?

Dear seqfans,

A004767 4*n+3:
3, 7, 11, 15, 19, 23, 27, 31, 35, 39, ...

It is conjectured that A004767(n) either is a prime or is the average of
two primes which are terms of this sequence.

Joerg says this sequence is hardly about primes. Could I add this
conjecture to A004767?
