[seqfan] Sums of digits of multiples of 11

Do we need this sequence?

Sums of base 10 digits of multiples of 11.
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 (corresponds to 99), 2 (corresponds to 110),
4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 (corresponds to 198), 11 (corresponds to 209),
4, ...

Though this sequence might already be in the OEIS, if A136614 is not a red
herring match.

This came up when I answered a question on Math.StackExchange from a fellow
wondering if any multiples of 99 have digit sums less than 18 (other than
0, of course).
