    Oops: that sequence is already there.

    A099107 is the same, except that they're tuples of non-negative
    integers. (I should have guessed 0..M, not 1..M.) The values are

    0,2,3,5,8,10,11,14,18,20,21,24,26,28,32,34,36,38,40,42,48,52,54,56,
    58,60,62,64,72,74,76,78,80

    just as Jean-Charles stated.
