Dear all,
I propose the new sequence
A245203: Least k>=0 such that A004767(n) = 4n+3 is the mean of primes
4(n-k)+3 and 4(n+k)+3; or -1 if no such k exists.
I put a link to Mike's initial post to the SeqFan list.
I also propose a link to that sequence in A002145 .
I'm not sure what precisely is meant by "It is conjectured", feel free
to amend if there's an earlier reference to that conjecture.
