[seqfan] Re: New sequence? Possible numbers of penalty kicks in a FIFA game-ending shootout

whenever this nice sequence would nevertheless  be accepted for the OEIS, I
would suggest to prepend a 0, where a(1)=0  should be interpreted as "no
 penalty shoot-out necessary" - thanks to Mario Götze for demonstrating
this, at least for this evening.
