It may well be that 3 is the only "prime balanced factorial" with a
difference of 1. See A002981and A002982.

A correct statement is "the difference between n! and its two closest
primes must either be 1, or exceed n".

Prime balanced factorials: n! is the mean of its 2 closest primes.
"The difference between n! and its 2 closest primes must exceed n."
Why? It's not true for one of the terms.
