[seqfan] Re: A016910 (6n)^2 and twin primes

It is conjectured  by a math fan Liang in 1980s. With google search there's
only a few  introductions for this.They have checked above 1e13 by
mainframe computer at least 20 years ago.It seems there's no further
research up to today.
