[seqfan] Submitting a form to the OEIS

Hello SeqFans,
I'm sorry to pollute the list with this,
but I'm looking for help.

I've just received this -- and I don't
know what this message from the
OEIS server wants me to do exactly:

OEIS Server commented on your changes to A239113:

   This sequence has not been edited or commented on for a week
yet is not proposed for review.  If it is ready for review, please
visit https://oeis.org/draft/A239113 and click the button that reads
"These changes are ready for review by an OEIS Editor."

When I click on the link, I read a form
with lots of text with bars and comments, but _ there is no button_
that reads "These changes are ready
for review by an OEIS Editor."_
How can I access to this button?
Where is it? What went wrong when
I finished to fill the form?!
And what does this sentence mean?!
Is it a sentence from the server that
says roughly:

> "Ok, don't do anything more, the changes
you've introduced on the empty form
are now being scrutinized by the board of editors"

... or does the sentence mean:

> "To submit your sequence, please click
here now"

If the second option is the right one,
I propose to change the former sentence
into the second one -- which is easier
to understand to foreigners (like me).

Ok, I still cannot find the said button when
I click the above link...
