On behalf of http://list.seqfan.eu/pipermail/seqfan/2014-March/012751.html
it seems that the most important associated papers on the
Zeilberger conjecture (number of permutations avoiding 132 and number
of partitions) are

T. Mansour, A. Vainshtein, "Counting occurrences of 132 in a permutation",
Adv. Appl. Math 28 (2002) 185-195 http://dx.doi.org/10.1006/aama.2011.0773

and
A. Reifegerste, "on the diagram of 132-avoiding permutations"
Eu. J. Combinat. 24 (6) (2003) 759-776 http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/S0195-6698(03)00065-9

In particular the construction/verification of Mansour-Vainshtein seems to indicate
that the partition numbers are an upper bound for the number of 132 avoiding permutations.
