I have tested up to 10^11 without finding a(4).

I also searched for semiprimes like 17692313.

I've found 28 further examples of the form
p*q, with p < 50000 and q < 10^100,
the two smallest being:

54761636107193237 = 719 * 76163610719323
and
112988699831147753 = 8699 * 12988699831147.

I've submitted these terms as  a-file.
