p such that p1=Ceiling[p/2]+p is prime and p2=Floor[p1/2]+p1 is prime.

For example, A158714 is given as 19.
ceil(19/2) + 19 = 29 is prime.
floor(29/2) + 19 = 33 is composite, but floor(29/2) + 29 = 43 is prime.

So: change the definition to match the data, or the data to match the 
definition?
