[seqfan] Clarifying A220074

Some question arise with the definition of http://oeis.org/A220074 
- Which of the two sides of the equations is summed over j? One, both?
  Wouldn't the sum of the left hand side, which does not depend on j,
  be just be multiplied by (j+1) by summation?
- Why does the common denominator (1-x)^(i+1) not drop out of both sides?
  Should actually the (1-x)^(i+1) read (1-x)^(j+1) on the right hand side?
- Is a(j) the same as T(i,j) ?
