Hello SeqFans,
a(1)=0
a(n+1) is the smallest unused yet integer
such that the first digit of a(n+1) has
the parity of the last digit of a(n).

P = 0,2,4,6,8,20,21,1,3,5,7,9,10,22,23,11,12,24,25,13,14,26,27,15,16,28,29,17,18,40,41,19,30,...

P is a permutation of the integers >= 0.
