No, not we could only show the terms 1 and 3
But there is a section in the Index dealing
with "Sequences which grow too fast to have
their own entry" (or something like that).
You could mention it there. What I have done
with others like it is to mention the sequence as a comment in
another sequence and refer to the latter in the Index entry.
