[seqfan] need help in making a visual presentation

This is for the upcoming OEIS-50 workshop. The 26 pages listing works that
reference the OEIS, https://oeis.org/wiki/CiteA though CiteZ, list about
4000 papers, books etc.
Susanna Cuyler suggested it would be nice to
project these onto a wall during the conference.

Question: what's the best way to take a flat file of 4000 lines and project
them onto a screen, starting with the first 40,
and then scrolling forward one line every 5 seconds?

I normally use Keynote for talks, but this question seems
to call for a different system.
