Truncating slightly, Makoto Kamada's http://mada.la.coocan.jp/nrr/ is probably a better starting point for what we are doing here. More specifically, http://mada.la.coocan.jp/nrr/records.htm#nrprp is where a record prime like 26293w belongs, although (to be fair) it can be argued that the prepend is not "near" enough.
