Very interesting.

For A056084: Numbers n such that n^8 = 1 (mod 9^3)
it is clear that x is in A056084 iff x + 9^3 is, so (once you verify
that 1 and 728 are the only entries < 9^3) the conjectured formula
is certainly true.
