Regarding my post ( http://list.seqfan.eu/pipermail/seqfan/2015-August/015151.html), I just realized that while working on the conjecture I had somehow inadvertently reversed an inequality. Having finally corrected that error, I was able to complete the proof. Ed Jeffery
