You, probably, mean "Number of solutions to 
c(1)p(4)+...+c(2n)p(2n+3) = 2, where c(i) = +-1
for i>1, c(1) = 1, p(i) = primes"
(otherwise, sum of an odd number of odd numbers is odd).

Shouldn't the name of A022920 be changed such that not every second element
is 0? For example
Number of solutions to c(1)p(4)+...+c(2n+1)p(2n+4) = 2, where c(i) = +-1
for i>1, c(1) = 1, p(i) = primes.
