My former post could be seen as
a particular case of 
<  a(n) divides [a(n+1)+(n+k)]  >
   with k=1.

Here is the case for k=2:

H=1,2,4,3,6,5,7,12,14,17,22,9,13,11,28,39,21,23,26,...

(done by hand, 40 min before midnight)

If this is of interest, the seq computed
with k=1 to 10 could be entered.
