[seqfan] Questions re: editing A098550

Hello Seqfans,

The most recent comment (from Jan. 5) for A098550 is:

  Conjecture: For all natural numbers i, j, k , prime(k)^i precedes prime(k)^(i+1) and prime(k)^j precedes prime(k+1)^j 


The first part, prime(k)^i precedes prime(k)^(i+1), is not conjecture, but follows from the definition of the sequence.

I was intending to include this observation, but am getting a message saying I have "too many edits pending".

I only have three pending edits; I used to be allotted seven. So...

1) Can someone please include the observation for A098550.  I'm not looking for an attribution, I just would like to see it posted.

2) Can anyone explain the new (low) editing limit?  Has there been a policy change?
