For (x, y, z, t) = (2, 2, 2, 2) we have x*y*z*t/(x+y+z+t) = 16/8 = 2.
(and 1 <= x = 2 <= y = 2 <= z = 2 <= t = 2 <= n = 2.)
 So I'd expect A071690(2) >= 1 but A071690(2) = 0, as recorded there. What
am I missing there?
