[seqfan] Behaviour of A256213 (related to A254077)

Hi seqfans
The sequence A256213 lists the positions of primes as terms of A254077.
Apparently, the values of the sequence are very close to the double of the 
primes themselves.
For example, 5 appears in A254077 at position 10, 7 at 13, 11 at 21, etc.
I have placed at http://www.marinellabarigazzi.com/john/punti.txt a file 
with a summary of these ratios, with an entry for each 1000 terms of 
A256213.
The file has four columns:
1. position of term in A256213
2. value of term
3. value of corresponding prime
4. ratio

Is it possible, using this data, to :
1. confirm that the ratio is converging?
2. define to what value it is converging?
