I am considering http://oeis.org/A055049 (Numbers of the form 
5^(2*i+1)*(5*j+-2)). There is a reference to

    L. J. Mordell, A new Waring's problem with squares of linear forms,

Does someone have the paper in a digital version and could (s)he send me
