This is usually a format issue.  The format is
n a(n)
Just that.

No blank lines, a newline after the last entry,
just one blank (not tab or anything else) between
n and a(n), no spaces elsewhere.

Do not forget to check the button "this is a b-file"
prior to uploading it!
