[seqfan] need help with sequences from paper by Weiss 2015

Dear SeqFans, Take a look at this paper:

Michael Weiss, <a href="http://arxiv.org/abs/1510.07362">On the
Distribution of Rational Squares</a>, arXiv:1510.07362 [math.NT], 2015.

The main sequence, sigma(n), seems to be missing from the OEIS (he says it
is different from A183163). Could someone enter it? And also the lower
bound function sigma_1(n). And also give b-files for them.

The graphs that he shows for these functions look pretty nice!

Also A183162 needs a b-file.

There may be other sequences in the later sections that
could also be added to the OEIS.  This is a very interesting paper, about
some fundamental number theory questions.
