I am not an expert even though I work in public health and colleagues of mine are responsible for sw that prints prescriptions with barcodes for patient-id and prescription-id.

I see in Wikipedia that there are many different standards. My original mail was based on me pointing my smartphone with a free app at my monitor showing the oeis graph.

To tell the truth though, repeating the process holding the phone at different angles produced different numerical results corresponding to different standards, ean and upc.

So I guess the graph in question looks like a barcode, but doesn't really conform to standard.
