The sequence to be compared against M. Weiss' sigma(n) (now
http://oeis.org/A275817), is http://oeis.org/A183162, not A183163. There is
a simple relation between the two sequences:

if ( n=k^2-1, k>0 ) then
  A275817(n)=2*k
  A183162(n)=1
else
  A275817(n)=A183162(n).

A183162(0)=1 should be added to the sequence.
