[seqfan] Is A014664 a permutation?

Dear SeqFans,

is A014664 the same as smallest k > 1 not already in the sequence such that
p = prime(n) is a factor of 2^k-1? If the answer is yes, is the sequence a
permutation of the positive integers > 1?

I added this as a comment to the sequence, but maybe if someone knows the
answer to this question, it could be added as a definitive statement
instead.
