Thank you for this interesting result, and for taking the time to pick your
way through the sequence definitions!
I also observe that (allowing for initial terms) A261668 appears to have the
same parity as A233312 (499 terms from b-file).
Regarding your sequence A267508 for Vladimir's C(n), this appears to have
the same parity as A085405 and A218031, suggesting these may be related
sequences.

Sean Irvine (and a careful reading
of the
definitions), the equivalence
(0) A23312(n) is even iff A171791(n+1) is odd
holds for at least the
first 1028 terms. The reason, put very briefly,
is
that
(1) A233312(n) is even if and only if n is the double of a "fibbinary
number".
