[seqfan] Lovely new sequence: A273916, "Bingo-4"

A273916 was languishing on the approval stack, with a rather obscure
description.
I've tried to give it a clearer definition (I hope I have understood what
the rules are).
I like it a lot.  Needs more terms.

The way the submission was worded, the implication is that they have proved
that the
given terms are optimal.  But that might be because of the language barrier.
