Zak, At any rate, Artur's proposition, as it currently reads, is false because, for each j in {+/- 1, +/- 2, +/- 3, ...}, we have z(m,n) = 0, if m = 11*j and n = -2*j; i.e., his list of "trivial" exceptions is incomplete. Ed Jeffery
