[seqfan] OEIS very sick

he situation is that the OEIS is up, you can ping it,
you can log in (if you are a sys admin) and if you wait long enough it
might even answer a query or let you do an edit

But everything takes 5 minutes

I did
restartserver,
I did
service httpd restart
(twice) and I did
reboot -f
(none of these had any affect)

I talked to Rackspace, they say they see nothing wrong, and probably we are
out of resources.

But "df" shows nothing wrong:

So I have done all I can, and until I can reach Dave or Russ in the
morning, the system seems to be very sick
