[seqfan] Need help recovering lost pages from former Rusin web site

Dear Sequence Fans, We have repeatedly tried to contact Dave Rusin, but he
has not replied to our messages. There are about 40 links in the OEIS to
pages from his former web site that are no longer available.

We need help in recovering them from the Wayback machine (or other sources).

Some of them appear multiple times in the OEIS.

The usual way we handle this problem is to leave the existing link in place
(in case it should come back to life), but to add "[Broken link]".
Then we upload the new copy to the OEIS server, with a link that says
something like "[Cached copy]"

If we divide up the work this should be a manageable job.
