Jean-Paul,
Thanks for tracking down that link!  It seems to work (the general one),
although I have to type things like this:

wget --no-check-certificate
https://web.archive.org/web/20040405185800/http://www.math.niu.edu/~rusin/known-math/98/pi_x

When uploading them to the OEIS server I keep running into
problems because some of these pages contain non-ascii characters.

I have been cleaning them up by running them through "strings", like this:

strings smallnums >t1

but that isn't a really good solution since it also deletes blank lines.

Does anyone have a good unix shell
command for removing non-ascii chards, or replacing them with blanks, say?

Anyway, I have dealt with the first 7 of the 19 missing pages and
will do others later tonight
