I think that a better definition of the sequence would be:

Even numbers E such that no 3-tuple of positive primes exists
of the format:

    (p,E-p,E+p)

Also, I believe that 58 should be in the sequence:

   4, 6, 28, 38, 52, 58, 62, 68, 74, ...
