[seqfan] Bug in "email this user" program since Monday

Dear Seq fans,
We are switching over to a different way of sending mail
from the OEIS. As a result there was a bug, now fixed, which meant if you used
the "email this user" feature between Monday morning and this morning,
it was probably not delivered.

the problem has been fixed, but we don't have a record of what emails
were lost, sorry about this.
