[seqfan] A serious question about an interesting sequence of primes, A129563

The sequence A129583, submitted by J Vos Post, is apparently based on an
article on "Carmichael's conjecture" written by F Smarandache.

There is a link in A129563 to a version of the article on the arXiv. I
would like to concentrate of the sequence itself, not on the personalities
involved. The definition in the entry A129563 had some serious typos which
I have corrected.

The present definition in A129563 appears to be slightly different from
that in the arXiv article. Could someone check if the OEIS definition does
in fact produce the data in A129563, and if possible, generate more terms
and perhaps a b-file?

PS Concerning A019518: thanks to Max Hasler for pointing out that Crandall
and Pomerance use the name "Smarandache-Wellin numbers". I have restored
that name.
