[seqfan] Offset and formulas

Dear Seq Fans,

We must be careful when
changing the offset of a
sequence containing formulas.
Recently, while reading A004760,
I saw my old formula and, considering
simple examples, I concluded that
it is false. I did not understand
how I wrote this! Thank God,
I guessed that it could be a change
of offset. Looking at history, I 
indeed found this, and did the
corresponding changes.
But if I did not accidentally read it...
