Dear Zak, 

I like the following sequences for k=1,2,..:.(not in OEIS).
Smallest b-a such that a<prime(n)^k<b, where a,b
are semiprimes.

k=1) n>=3: 2,3,4,4,6,6,4,7,7,...

k=2) n>=2( 0 is not semiprime):
4,4,5,3,11,4,4,6,4,..(close to yours).

K=3) n>=1:3,7,6,5,4,4,4,...
