Also check for any other sequences which reference the one
whose offset is being changed. These may have formulas or 
even their definition dependent on the offset of the referenced
sequence.

Dear Seq Fans,We must be careful when
changing the offset of a
sequence containing formulas.
Recently, while reading A004760,
I saw my old formula and, considering
simple examples, I concluded that
it is false. I did not understand
how I wrote this! Thank God,I guessed that it could be a change
of offset. Looking at history, I indeed found this, and did the
corresponding changes.
But if I did not accidentally read it...
