There is an offset of 1 between Robert's numbering and the one used by CWW, as it is also used in the draft of http://oeis.org/draft/A318189. I can confirm CWW's results. It seems that in http://oeis.org/A007097 "a(23) from David Baugh using Kim Walisch's primecount, May 16 2016" a 128-bit version of the primecount program has been used. If someone has access to this version or can build it, it might be possible to find A318189(15).
