All,
https://oeis.org/A319018 has a link to an interesting zoomable pdf picture
by
Eliot Pacherie, Illustration of the structure at stage 4096
<https://oeis.org/A319018/a319018.pdf>
However, if one zooms into the center of the plot, it lacks the expected
8-fold symmetry.
Center of Pacherie's illustration
<http://www.randomwalk.de/sequences/Pacherie.jpg>
Only mirror symmetry with respect to the red line is present. Although the
picture looks nice, it should be marked accordingly or be removed.
The symmetry in Rémy Sigrist's Illustration of the structure at stage 257
<https://oeis.org/A319018/a319018.png> seems to be o.k., as far as visible
in the not zoomable png graphics.
Regards
Hugo
