The downloads of both files work, but there is another problem. The scanned
copy of the article is almost unreadable and even applying the usual tricks
in image restoration (gamma curve, contrast, sharpening filters, etc.)
don't produce a satisfactory result. The main problem is the image format
Neil had used, which seems to have been jpeg. This produced the well known
artifacts of "Fourier blocks". Assuming Neil's archive is well organized,
I'd like to ask him if he can redo the scan and use a better suited image
format for storing (e.g. gif or png)? Also Adobe Acrobat has a scan
function producing "clean" results.
