I think it goes something like this.
Suppose we want to find Volume 16, paper A15.
We find the (16 + 1)th letter in the alphabet, which is q.
(add 1 because we start at Vol 0). Join it with the A number to give q15.
So the link to the papers' resources is:

http://math.colgate.edu/~integers/q15/
