[seqfan] Diesis reference needed (A046103 and A046104)

Trawling around in OEIS (OK, I was putting in birthday-related numbers!)
I came across A046103-4 and followed the link to

  http://mathworld.wolfram.com/Diesis.html

for an explanation. Sadly, this gives only a reference to the typographic
meaning, rather than the musical one, so it really needs replacing. There
is a reasonable Wikipedia article at

  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diesis

but maybe someone can suggest a better one.
