[seqfan] Section links on OEIS Foundation page no longer working?

I noticed that in the Wikipedia article about the OEIS (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On-Line_Encyclopedia_of_Integer_Sequences) a
link to the OEIS Foundation page was tagged as dead (see
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=On-Line_Encyclopedia_of_Integer_Sequences&type=revision&diff=828556267&oldid=828321700).
This is apparently because the section links at http://oeisf.org/ no longer
work. Clicking on one of the links in "On this page" section doesn't take
you to the corresponding section as it should.

Can this be fixed?
