I removed the two (notes 2 & 3) 'dead' designations from the Wikipedia page.

I did have an issue with note 3 ending up on #GOALS (instead of the intended #IPXFER) but I suspect that this is a Safari-browser cache bug. It seemed to work fine in Chrome.
