[seqfan] Possible Reason for Google Indexing Problems

We know that some parts of (www.)oeis,org aren't getting indexed (at least
timely).

Here's one possible reason:

oeis.org and www.oeis.org are different domains (even though the two URLs
yield the same content via a browser.

A site has to tell Google about both.

Simple searches show that the indexes for the two are different as it
