mentions A000031 (their g(n)) and 2^A000031, a new sequence which is now
A322037.

But there are a bunch of other sequences that I don't have time to
investigate,
in case someone would like to calculate them.  For example,
h(n) in Th 8, g_{n,w} in Th 9,
h_{n,w} in Eq. (3), and the RotS bent functions they discuss in Sect. 3.1.
